The Process is an ongoing collaboration between Carlota Sousa Nóbrega and Esyllt Lewis, rooted in our shared curiosity about the act and performativity of making artwork.

Through this collaboration, we devised a set of nine steps that guide us through the process of making work. These steps are simple, repeatable, and deliberately open-ended, designed to be revisited each time we come together. By performing them, we test the boundaries between making and outcome, exploring the process of making art as artwork in itself.
